Based on the minutes of the Board of Directors about converting Nam Viet Foods and Beverage Company Limited into Nam Viet Foods and Beverage Joint Stock Company.

• From November 17, 2021, NAM VIET FOODS AND BEVERAGE JOINT STOCK COMPANY officially used the name, company seal, and make all our transactions with Customers and Partners according to the following changed information:

• NAM VIET FOODS AND BEVERAGE JOINT STOCK COMPANY  would like to recommend Customers and Partners get update information relating to this adjustment on all documents/transactions, financial invoices, etc. The old and previous information of the company was only invalid from November 17, 2021. After this time, All uses of the old name of the company in working and connecting to Customers and Partners will be counterfeited and against the law.
• The adjustment of the company name doesn’t affect involved rights and obligations between NAM VIET FOODS AND BEVERAGE JOINT STOCK COMPANY and Customers and Partners in previous transactions and collaboration. If Partners and Customers require more information or need to sign additional documents to acknowledge this change, please contact NAM VIET FOODS AND BEVERAGE JOINT STOCK COMPANY’s team for any support.
